About Health Back
Clearer medical travel coordination for patients seeking treatment and rehabilitation abroad.
From initial assessment to follow-up
We coordinate between the patient and medical provider, helping organize case information, provider options, communication and travel. Final medical decisions and treatment plans remain with the treating clinical team.
About Health Back
Health Back specializes in medical tourism coordination. We help patients and their families connect with medical centers and rehabilitation facilities suited to their treatment and rehabilitation needs, while organizing the journey from the first contact through follow-up after the treatment program begins.
Our experience in this field began in 2009. Our services focus on making communication between the patient and medical provider easier and providing clear information to help patients understand the available options before travelling.
What do we provide?
We receive the basic case information, coordinate the transfer of medical reports to the provider when required, and follow up on the initial medical assessment and proposed treatment plan. We also assist with communication, appointments and treatment-related travel arrangements according to the needs of each patient.
A network of treatment options
We coordinate with a range of medical spas, medical centers and rehabilitation providers across several European countries and Egypt, offering access to options in physiotherapy, physical rehabilitation, post-operative and injury rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, as well as other specialties and treatment programs presented on this website.
Our role in your medical journey
The role of Health Back is to coordinate and assist in organizing the medical journey; we do not provide medical treatment directly. The final diagnosis, suitability of a program, treatment plan and treatment duration are determined by the doctors and specialists at the treating provider after reviewing the case.
Our goal
Our goal is to make the search for treatment clearer and better organized, giving patients the information and coordination they need to make their decisions together with the treating medical team.
